The importance of research

This morning I had an email from a company offering business development services to us (below).

They clearly hadn’t researched what we do, in fact they hadn’t even got our name right.

We constantly bang on about the importance of investing time, effort and intelligence in research – and it pays dividends.

You can have the best messaging in the world, but if the audience is wrong – or you get their name wrong it’s not going to land well.
